Steel Pencil secures the construction modelling of the Harbour Town Cinema development in the upmarket area of Docklands in Melbourne's bustling CBD.
Works will include a new eight cinema Hoyts among other exciting retail stores and areas to suit entertainment.
The precincts will be built next to the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel and O’Brien Group Arena, formerly the Medibank Icehouse, the later a project completed by Steel Pencil several years ago.
